Architectural Designer

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Melissa began her career as an urban planner in Pittsburgh relocating to Boston with the intention of focusing on architectural design. After four steadfast years teaching at the Boston Architectural College, Melissa is a LEED accredited professional and is now focusing on passing her exams to acquire her NCARB registration for the state of Massachusetts. Her proficiency in design software runs the gamut from Adobe Photoshop to Revit and her dedication to Elton + Hampton has been paramount since spring of 2011. An avid runner, Melissa slows down by making improvements to her home, watercolor painting, baking for the office or putting together crafts as part of the Big Sisters of Boston program.
